What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
- Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
- Educate clients about available benefit programs and answer questions
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate electronic client records
- Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
