What You’ll Be Doing
In this remote position, you’ll work directly with members who are seeking information about available programs and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with members by phone and through virtual meetings
- Coordinating and scheduling member appointments
- Providing online presentations to individuals who have requested additional information
- Explaining program details in a clear and professional manner
- Completing, reviewing, and processing digital documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures
- Providing follow-up assistance throughout the member experience
- Taking part in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, positive, and approachable attitude
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Customer service or other client-facing experience is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and develop professionally
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
