Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
Optional Saturdays: May be available based on client needs
Position Type: Part-Time

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses
- Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
- Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
What You'll Be Doing
- Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data
- Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license, car insurance under your name and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day
- Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
