We're looking for individuals with a statistical math background and interest in mathematical modeling to join our fast growing team.
Job Description: Assist our security certifications team in analyzing and modeling data collected from clients to prove the randomness of the data.
Job Functions
- Analyze a given set of data and develop a heuristic model to describe the randomness of the data.
- Assist product vendors in using a tool to gather the required data.
- Provide a written, technical analysis of the data and mathematical model.
- Communicate effectively with security product vendors, testing facilities, personnel, and government authorities to address compliance gaps, testing queries and documentation comments.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Statistical Math, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field.
Required Skills and Experience
- In depth knowledge of statistical mathematics.
- Experience with creating mathematical models of data.
- Familiarity with software development.
- Strong written presentation skills - ability to articulate requirements in technical and non-technical terms to customers, peers and management.
- Ability to chart data visually for reporting purposes.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Understanding of the theory of randomness
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-90B
- Knowledge of processors and their internal functions
