Role Summary

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to design personalized travel experiences, recommend vacation options that fit their goals and budget, and coordinate reservations from beginning to end. Whether clients are planning a cruise, all-inclusive resort stay, family vacation, destination wedding, luxury escape, or international adventure, you'll provide guidance that helps make every trip smooth and memorable.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, developing client relationships, and growing their professional skills. No previous travel industry experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you succeed.

Role Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, schedules, and vacation expectations
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruise itineraries, tours, and vacation packages
• Recommend customized travel solutions based on individual preferences and budgets
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services
• Assist clients with comparing options, selecting travel experiences, and completing reservations
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms
• Partner with travel suppliers to secure bookings and verify reservation details
• Review itineraries and travel confirmations to ensure all information is complete and accurate
• Maintain detailed client records and organized booking documentation
• Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry developments
• Deliver outstanding customer support throughout the planning and travel experience

Qualifications

• Interest in entrepreneurship, travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client projects
• Comfortable using computers, online systems, and virtual communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills
• Professional attitude with a client-first mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
