Enterprise Development Representative

Accountabilities:

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to nonprofit organizations through phone, email, and digital channels to initiate new business conversations.
• Identify and uncover key fundraising, donor engagement, event management, and technology-related challenges within target organizations.
• Qualify and disqualify opportunities by assessing business need, urgency, and readiness for change.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives to advance qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Own and manage a designated territory or vertical, building a sustainable and predictable pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Apply a consultative, question-driven approach to understand customer needs and build trust with nonprofit stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on opportunity context and strategy.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, customer-facing roles, or related fields (SaaS or nonprofit experience is a plus).
• Strong comfort with cold outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead structured, consultative discussions.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with the ability to uncover underlying business challenges.
• Resilience, persistence, and consistency in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
• Coachability and willingness to learn structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler-style approaches).
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing CRM data and daily sales activities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented sales culture.
