About the Role:Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Enterprise Data Architect to join our Data Hardening Team in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise data architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Lead data hardening initiatives to improve data integrity, security, and reliability across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and architecture documentation
• Evaluate and integrate emerging data technologies, platforms, and cloud solutions
• Identify vulnerabilities in existing data infrastructure and drive remediation strategies
• Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing solutions
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
• Solid understanding of data security, data governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with data hardening, vulnerability assessment, or data resilience strategies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
