The candidate should be based on the U.S. East Coast, with candidates in the Central Time Zone potentially considered. This role will focus on strategic customers with a strong emphasis on banks, credit unions, and other financial services organizations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers in the Corporate & Enterprise segment across North America.Act as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels, including C-level executives.Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects for Corporate & Enterprise customers, identifying early red flags to prevent delivery and launch-related issues.Become a Creatio product expert and help customers achieve their desired business outcomes, value realization, strong product adoption, and high ROI.Develop a deep understanding of customers' business priorities and proactively identify opportunities to support their long-term success.Grow the customer portfolio through strong retention, zero churn, and active cross-sell and upsell.Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Delivery, Support, Product, and Partner teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management experience working with Enterprise accounts in the U.S.Experience working with banks and/or credit unions and a good understanding of their business models, key processes, and customer/member needs.Proven track record of building strong customer relationships, driving adoption and value realization, and supporting retention and account growth.Strong executive-level communication skills and experience engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders.Experience working with CRM, BPM, or low-code/no-code solutions is preferred.Experience overseeing complex technology implementation projects and proactively identifying customer or delivery risks is a plus.Strong customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering customer success.Ability to navigate complex customer organizations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive issues toward resolution.Desire to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-changing market and technology environment.Ability to travel for customer meetings and onsite engagements as needed.What to expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
