Enterprise Account Executive - East Coast (US)

Zipher is building the Autonomous Execution Layer for cloud data and AI workloads. Our platform runs in production at global enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies, delivering mission-critical resilience and sub-second optimization.

Autonomous execution is a new category, and we are the ones defining it — already running in production inside Fortune 500 environments, where being wrong is not an option. The team is deliberately talent-dense; every hire changes what we are able to build next.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the East Coast and bring autonomous execution to the largest data and AI organizations in the US. You will run the full sales cycle yourself, from the first conversation with a VP Engineering to a signed enterprise agreement, with a product that proves itself on the customer’s own workloads.

This role is fully remote and open only to U.S. citizens living in the State of New York. It includes travel to customers and industry events.

What You’ll Do

• Own new enterprise revenue end to end: qualify inbound, generate outbound, run the cycle, negotiate, and sign
• Build and execute the East Coast territory plan: accounts running large Databricks, Spark, and Kubernetes workloads on AWS, multi-threaded across the CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Data Platform, and FinOps lead
• Run proof-of-value engagements with Solutions Engineering on the customer’s real telemetry, and close on measured results in cloud cost, performance, and reliability
• Partner closely with the founders, Solutions Engineering, and marketing on positioning, pricing, and the pipeline programs behind your territory
• Own your number: accurate forecasting, expansion inside the accounts you signed, and a territory that compounds quarter over quarter

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• U.S. citizenship and residence in the State of New York, plus 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales with numbers you can show: logos closed, quota attainment, deal sizes
• Real fluency in data platforms: you can hold a technical conversation with a VP Engineering without a Solutions Engineer in the room
• A live network of buyers and champions inside enterprises running cloud data and AI workloads, so your pipeline starts on day one
• A hunter’s track record of building pipeline from zero rather than working an inherited book, backed by MEDDPICC or an equivalent qualification method
• A high-agency, hands-on mindset: you want to sell, not manage, and you are energized by opening a category rather than defending one

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into Databricks-, Snowflake-, or Spark-heavy data organizations
• Experience opening a US territory for a category-defining product, working directly with founders
• Familiarity with AWS Marketplace and cloud partner co-sell motions
• President’s Club or an equivalent top-performer record in a high-performance sales organization
