As Enterprise Account Executive with Ataccama, you’ll acquire new logos and grow existing enterprise & mid-market accounts, leading complex sales cycles from first contact to close. You’ll build pipeline through an omni-channel, multi-threaded approach - connecting with the senior decision-makers who influence the buying committee, not just a single point of contact. You’ll bring a strategic edge to account planning, a consultative approach to selling, and business acumen to position Ataccama as the platform behind smarter data governance and AI.

This will be a remote role covering the regions of Denver, Chicago, and upper mid-west/Rockies.

Your Challenge

• Identify & pursue new prospects, and turn them into pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, and respond to procurement requests.
• Build relationships with prospects and existing clients at every level, and keep pursuing the executive buyers. 
• Grow and retain existing accounts by expanding footprint, renewals, and turning customers into references.
• Partner with Presales on presentations, lead sales calls, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Own your pipeline, and maintain forecast hygiene & reliability with accurate, real-time activity updates.
• Track industry trends, and turn them into tactical sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts that work for both sides.
• Hit your revenue target, then beat it.

Is This You?

• 5+ years in B2B software sales, with experience selling into large, complex enterprises & mid-market organizations.
• Experience in the data space (data management, data quality, data governance etc.) is a must have.
• Confidence selling complex technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Hunter mindset: self-motivated and channel-savvy, with experience across VARs, systems integrators, and consultants.
• Skilled at managing and growing long-term customer relationships, not just closing new logos - you know how to expand accounts and turn customers into advocates.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Winning as a team - ready to pull in solutions engineering, product, business value consulting, marketing, partners and executive leadership when it counts.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in a meaningful way to enhance prospecting, account planning, or sales productivity.
• Thrives in a global, collaborative environment, and open to travel.
• Bonus: familiarity with IT systems or architecture.

The OTE base & variable salary range for this full-time role is $280,000-300,000/year USD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring. Base salary is just one part of your compensation & wellbeing package- you will also be eligible for flexible time off, health benefits & family care leave, 401k with match, an equity grant, and many other perks.
