Act as clerical support.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND TASKS:
Essential Job Functions:
· File
· Assist with mailings to students and faculty
· Basic data entry
· Inter-office errands
· Other duties as assigned by the Directors, Specialists, Student Services Administrators, and Receptionists
Marginal Job Functions:
· Operate office machinery
Qualifications
Ability to file and retrieve data from student files.
Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to follow directions.
Capacity to adhere strictly to standards of preserving confidentiality of information.
Skill in the use of computer systems
Good organizational skills
