IRONCLAD powered by Mersino is a national provider of liquid storage, dewatering, and environmental rental solutions serving the energy, industrial, petrochemical, and construction markets. Formed through the merger of Ironclad Environmental and Mersino Dewatering, the combined company operates a multi-branch network across Texas, Louisiana, California, the Upper Midwest, and other key industrial regions, delivering rental fleet, engineered water management, and liquid containment solutions to customers who depend on uptime, safety, and technical expertise.
We’re looking for Engineers with experience in dewatering, bypass pumping, pumping systems, hydraulics, or specialty construction to join our team.
This isn’t a traditional engineering role. You’ll work at the intersection of Engineering, Sales, and Operations, helping develop solutions for complex pumping and dewatering projects, reviewing plans and specifications, developing estimates, supporting technical proposals, and working with customers and field teams to bring projects to life.
If you have experience with:
• Dewatering or bypass pumping
• Pumping systems and hydraulics
• Temporary pumping systems
• Construction estimating or specialty contracting
• Geotechnical, groundwater, or underground construction
• Pump applications or equipment rental
