Engagement Manager, Embedded - Pod 4

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engagement Manager, Embedded - Pod 4 based in the United States.

This role serves as the operational driver of complex, AI-enabled transformation programs for customers.
You will coordinate cross-functional business and technical workstreams while keeping teams aligned around measurable outcomes.
The position combines engagement leadership, stakeholder management, agile delivery, and value realization.
You will work directly within complex customer environments, building trust and navigating organizational dynamics to accelerate adoption and change.
Success requires a hands-on approach to execution, strong communication, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities and action.
You will also help shape AI roadmaps, manage evolving scopes, and ensure customer needs are represented across internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Drive customer AI roadmaps and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and agreed outcomes.

• Co-own scope definition, planning, and estimation for complex engagements spanning business and technical workstreams.

• Lead day-to-day engagement management, maintaining execution discipline, alignment, momentum, and delivery against customer objectives.

• Establish and manage communication rhythms, operating cadences, and coordination across customer and internal teams.

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and effectively navigate organizational complexity, competing priorities, and resistance to change.

• Identify risks, blockers, and emerging issues and ensure they are surfaced, understood, and addressed by the appropriate teams.

• Advocate for customer priorities internally and help translate business needs into actionable delivery requirements.

• Track value realization and program progress, using data and stakeholder feedback to maintain focus on outcomes rather than activity alone.

• Support agile delivery practices and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

• Stay engaged with emerging AI capabilities and help customers adopt modern, agentic automation solutions effectively.

• Represent customer goals and challenges across internal business and technology teams and contribute to continuous improvement of the engagement.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for executives, operational stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, drive organizational change, and maintain momentum beyond traditional project status and scheduling responsibilities.

• Proven ability to establish credibility and build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.

• Experience managing complex, multi-threaded strategic programs using agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, complex, and rapidly changing environments.

• Experience with value tracking, outcome measurement, and connecting delivery activity to measurable customer or business results.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for working with rapidly evolving, AI-first products and technologies.

• Comfort getting hands-on with modern, user-friendly AI applications and learning new technologies quickly.

• Ability to represent customer objectives internally and champion their priorities, challenges, and blockers.

• Customer-facing consulting, digital transformation, technology, or engagement management experience is highly relevant.

• Willingness to spend significant time with customers in person, with approximately 50% travel expected.
