We're looking for an Enablement Leader to build the training programs, playbooks, and materials that help our go-to-market teams ramp quickly and perform with confidence. Sitting within Marketing, you'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing to create practical, hands-on content, how we sell, how we run pilots and deployments, and how customers get the most value from the product. Bringing what's currently built team-by-team into one connected enablement function.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Own enablement across the customer-facing org: build and run the programs that teach Sales how to sell, Sales Engineers how to run pilots, Customer Success how to deploy, and support customers, and customers how to get the most from the product.
• Build the practical materials teams actually use, playbooks, pilot guides, deployment runbooks, and training content. Closely coordinated with Product Marketing's positioning and messaging work.
• Partner directly with Product to stay ahead of the roadmap, so training and materials reflect new capabilities as they ship rather than lagging behind them.
• Channel what you hear from Sales, Customer Success, and customers back to Product, giving them a consistent feedback loop from the field.
• Bring together onboarding and training that's currently built team-by-team into one connected, coordinated enablement function.
• Recruit and coordinate a point person from each customer-facing function (e.g. Sales, Customer Success) to co-build their function's playbook with you, grounding every playbook in real practitioner experience.
• Stand up new-hire onboarding and ramp programs that get new Sales and Customer Success hires productive quickly as the go-to-market team grows.
• Develop a strong enough understanding of the product to speak to it credibly yourself, not just facilitate training on it.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing leadership to prioritize enablement gaps and sequence the roadmap accordingly.
• Build a consistent, scalable operating model - a network of function leads working from a shared framework — so enablement keeps pace as the team grows and can flex as the post-sales org evolves.

✅ What You Bring

• A track record building and leading enablement programs in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales organization, ideally through a period of rapid headcount growth.
• Direct, hands-on experience in at least one customer-facing function (Sales, Solutions/Technical, or Customer Success), giving you the credibility to build or co-build a real playbook rather than just administer one.
• A bias toward building content and materials, not just running process.
• Strong product and technical fluency, with the ability to learn and pitch a technical security product yourself, and a track record of working closely with Product teams to translate a roadmap into enablement content.
• Experience operating cross-functionally as a connector and coordinator across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, comfortable driving alignment without direct authority over those teams.
• Comfort building programs from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Background in cybersecurity or AI security is a strong plus, given the technical depth required to train teams on the product.
