As an employment Specialist you will:
- Help people find the right jobs in Barron and Polk Counties and the surrounding communities.
- Develop relationships with businesses in the community.
- Provide support to consumers to allow them to be successful in their new jobs.
- Concentrate on an individual’s abilities rather than a possible disability.
- Get to make a difference in the community by helping place consumers in jobs that they are excited to start.

This is a part time position working about 20-25 hours a week in the Barron and Polk County areas. This position will turn into a full time role as your caseload grows.
Qualifications
A degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Vocational Rehabilitation or another human services field.
Experience working with job seekers of various abilities is a plus.
