Emergency Services Non-Driver

Job Details: Job Location: Sacramento - SACRAMENTO, CA, Salary Range: $17.27 - $21.00Hourly, Job Category: Transportation, This position is a Seasonal/On Call Position under the supervision of the Emergency Services Manager. The Employee is responsible for the safe loading and delivery of fuel to CalFire or fire/weather related job sites.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Completes procedures for the safe handling of bulk fuel products.
Unloads tanker trucks in a safe manner.
Fueling of emergency vehicles.
Processes all paperwork for receiving and delivering orders for bulk products.
Moves bulk product in a manner that protects integrity.
Accounts for inventory of bulk fuel products daily.
Maintains cleanliness of truck & trailer to InterState Oil's standards.
Maintains an assigned schedule.
Follows all company safety and job procedures.
Works well with other employees and shares workload appropriately.
Extended on-site stays.
24/7 on call availability.
Other duties as assigned.

Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and co-workers.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Clean Driver's License/record.

Requires physical exertion to move and/or carry product hoses.
Requires stooping, bending, and reaching.
Must comply with dress code, including proper hygiene and appearance standards.
