JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
• Licenses: Active TX License, Active DEA
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS
• Experience: 2 years of emergency medicine experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 24-hour emergency medicine physician coverage in 12-hour shifts.
• Manage and treat patients in the ED with an annual volume of 21,000.
• Supervise and collaborate with APP coverage (10 hours per day).
• Perform required procedures and stabilize patients in a Level IV Trauma Center.
• Maintain board certification, Texas license, DEA, ACLS and ATLS certifications.
