JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or ABMS-recognized specialty with 5+ years experience
• Licenses: Active IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA with IN address
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: EM residency graduate within 12 months or IM with 5+ years continuous full-time experience in high-volume ED
• Other Qualifications: CME attestation, case logs for past 2 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Level III Trauma Center with 33-bed ED.
• Manage approximately 137 patients per day with support from NPs/PAs and scribes.
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as required.
• Collaborate with specialty services (ENT, Orthopedics, GYN) for patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing, board certification, and hospital credentialing requirements.
