JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Indiana Medical License (IMLC candidates considered)
- Board: ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification required
- DEA: Indiana DEA and CSR required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency department coverage for 12-bed ED with 24-hour physician coverage.
- Manage an average of 0.6 patients per hour during night shifts and 3.0 patients per hour during day shifts.
- Utilize Epic for documentation.
- Collaborate with APC coverage (18-24 hours).
- Ensure compliance with Indiana medical license, DEA, and board certification requirements.
