JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Family Medicine (ABFM), or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Licenses: Active MS Medical License, DEA with MS address
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, V
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), ATLS, PALS, BLS if not EM boarded
• Experience: Residency trained in IM or FM, minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Other Qualifications: CME documentation past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, immunization records (COVID, Flu, Varicella, MMR, Tdap, Hepatitis B, TB test)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide coverage for Emergency Department with 24 physician hours per day.
• Manage an average of 47 patients per day in a high-volume ED.
• Work 12-hour shifts including days and nights (6a–6p / 6p–6a).
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements including immunizations and licensing.
