PRN Emergency Medicine Physician – $285/hr | Flexible Shifts | Marion, IL
The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN opportunity at a high-volume, well-supported hospital in Marion, Illinois.
This role is ideal for physicians looking for premium compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resource-rich Emergency Department.
Position Highlights
- $285/hour highly competitive rate
- Flexible PRN scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts available
- Integrated EPIC EMR system across the hospital network
- Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions
- Strong subspecialty support across multiple service lines
Practice Details
- Team of 7 Emergency Medicine physicians
- Supported by 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Day Shift (7 AM – 7 PM): 1 physician + 1 APP
- Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM): 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP
- ~55 patients per day (moderate to high volume)
- ~11 daily admissions
- Robust referral base including ED visits, direct admits, and regional transfers
