Job Requirements

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly

Part Time: Swing and Sunrise Shift available

From answering phones and processing payments to coordinating timely room deliveries, they ensure every detail is handled seamlessly creating a smooth and satisfying dining experience for every hotel guest.

Your day-to-day as a Order Taker with us:

• Always answers phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Effectively take guests’ orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items; prices, ingredients, method of preparation and availability.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Order Taker, you'll need:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be able to speak and write in English.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
