Skills You Bring:

• 3+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience

• Active Life & Health license

• Understanding of insurance markets, products, rating systems, and underwriting processes.

• Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position

The Position:

• Servicing accounts of mostly small group accounts

• Take immediate action to resolve client issues, determining and assigning tasks to the support team as needed.

• Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism

• Regularly review and analyze insurance carrier claims and utilization data to identify trends, create reports, and present them to clients, addressing questions as needed.

• Processing endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc.

• Requests for information and documentation
