Self-Determination Assistant: East Bethany - Seeking someone to provide 10-12 hours per week of Community Habilitation providing support with participating in community events, social engagement, and exploring activities of interest. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle which may entail travel to the Rochester and Buffalo areas. Friday evening and weekend availability a must. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour.
