E-Commerce Customer Service

Position Summary 

This Part-Time position will work 20 hours a week 9 am to 1pm.  This role supports our E Commerce platform Pantryful by fulfilling and processing orders in our warehouse. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping.
• Picks and packs orders for shipment. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to mutitask
• Ability to navigate in a warehouse environment
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• High school diploma or equivalent

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
