✨ Seasonal (Or longer ☺️) Stylist Opportunity – Drybar Brentwood, Tennessee

Need some extra cash this Holiday Season? Drybar's got you! We can get you in QUICK and get you paid instantly. ALL HANDS ON DECK! We are looking for some amazing Part time and full time team members to help support our busy Oct, Nov, Dec Season (Or longer). Minimum Requirement is 16 hours a week (2 - 8 hour shifts). 

All Stylists must work one weekend shift (Either a Saturday or Sunday Weekly)

💰 Earning Potential: $20–$31+ per hour (PLUS cash tips!)

We offer a clear growth path + multiple ways to increase your income:

• Hourly Pay Progression
  • $12.00 starting
  • $12.50 at 6 months
  • $13.00 at 18 months
• Commission Opportunities
  • 10% on Product + Tool Sales(Products range from $14–$295 💸)
  • 20% on Add-On Services(From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades)
  • $5–$10 per Membership Sold(Barfly Single + Barfly Double = easy wins!)

💛 What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for stylists who are:

• Passionate about blowouts, styling, and client experience
• Excited to be part of a team-first, positive culture
• Motivated to learn, grow, and elevate their skills
• Ready to bring great energy to every shift

Requirements:

• Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
• Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

• Valentine’s Day
• CMA Fest (June)
• CMA Awards (November)
• Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve)
