Goshen Therapeutic Services, a division of Goshen Valley Foundation, is a community-based social service organization that provides services for families involved with DFCS as well as in the community. We are currently seeking a Male Drug Screen Collector per contract requirements. We are a DFCS partnered agency that works with families that are involved with DFCS.
Counties we serve mainly include but are not limited to Cherokee, Bartow, Cobb, Paulding, Polk and Floyd Counties.
Drug Screen Collector Responsibilities:

• Upon receiving the referral, make collateral calls to referring agency, review all documentation and notes pertaining to the family or individual’s history and case plan.
• Provide drug screen collection: Sweat Patch, urine, hair, or oral fluid specimen collection.
• Will collect specimens in the home, community, or office. Travel is expected.
• Attend court hearings as requested by DFCS and attorneys.
• Maintain compliance with required DFCS training and other contract specific trainings, including but not limited to: Specific Drug Screen Collection Training, Safe to Sleep, Child Safety Car Seat, HIPPA, Workplace Violence, Security Information Awareness, CPR/First Aid, etc.
• Track units of service and dates of service as outlined on service authorization.
• Complete service documentation and mileage.
• Bi-Lingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Contract status, hours depending on the schedule the contractor chooses to work. Flexible scheduling. Sign on bonus may be available.

Requirements

Drug Screen will need to have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-year Human Services experience.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check, other safety screenings, and drug screen.
• Must have access to a computer to contact clients and document services provided.
