As our Part-Time Van Driver, you are a vital link in our students' daily success. You will split your time between the open road and our vibrant Manchester campus, ensuring our students get where they need to go safely while keeping our facilities top-notch. No two days are the same in this dynamic, hands-on role where your energy directly impacts the next generation of workforce leaders.

Your Daily Impact

Champion Student Success: Provide high-energy, safe, and reliable transportation for students throughout the day.
Own the Fleet: Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and keep our vehicles in pristine, road-ready condition.
Keep Campus Shining: Perform routine maintenance checks and facility upkeep to ensure a seamless, disruption-free learning environment.
Communicate & Coordinate: Track your impact by documenting completed tasks and collaborating closely with supervisors.
Be a Mentor: Model professionalism, respect, and accountability, serving as a positive daily influence for our students.

What You Bring to the Journey

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent (advanced degrees are always awesome!).
Credentials: A valid in-state Driver’s License with a clean record, plus the ability to secure Department of Labor approval.
Communication Skills: The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to connect with a diverse team.
Mindset: A safety-first attitude, great attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit that thrives on helping others succeed.
