Job Description
We are hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators to support live passenger service and testing operations for an advanced autonomous vehicle program. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy technology, driving, and working in a safety-focused environment while helping shape the future of transportation.
This role goes beyond traditional driving. Operators actively monitor autonomous vehicle performance, remain prepared to take control when necessary, document vehicle behavior, and provide valuable feedback to engineering and operations teams. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable interacting with passengers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn $23.00 per hour

Job Details
- Monitor autonomous vehicle operations in real time

Available Schedule
- Minimum 12-15 hours per week

- Must be available for at least one weekend shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices
- Ability to remain attentive for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to assist wheelchair passengers when needed
- Strong safety mindset
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols
- Adaptable and coachable attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous autonomous vehicle experience
- Professional driving experience
