Driver - Essex Industries

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Seasonal Position (Runs from April 1st - September 30th annually):

Flexible Schedule (Max 16 hours per week)

Flexibility required including early mornings and late evenings, to complete duties.

This seasonal, part-time position is being offered at Mountain Lake Services’ Essex Industries, an integrated business offering woodworking products and assembly/packaging contracts. This position is located in Mineville, NY. 

What you get to do as a Driver: 

Deliver finished products to customers and obtain equipment and materials as assigned by the Operations Manager. 

Inspect truck before and after trips and document truck condition on vehicle inspection log.  

Communicate with Operations Manager to designee any Department of Transportation violation and ensure corrective action is taken within the specified time frame. 

Requirements:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: One year of commercial vehicle driving experience. 

AGE: Must be age 21, in accordance with NYS Department of Transportation to drive commercial vehicle outside of NYS.
