What You’ll Do

As a Driver, you will:

• Safely transport individuals receiving services to assigned destinations.
• Assist passengers as needed when entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Help ensure passenger safety throughout each trip.
• Complete assigned mail runs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicles in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help ensure that vehicles are operating properly and safely.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, transportation procedures, and organizational safety requirements.
• Perform other duties outlined in the job description or assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Safe driving record for more than three years.
• Driver’s abstract that meets the organization’s insurance carrier requirements.
• Ability to safely operate an assigned vehicle and assist passengers as needed.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• 8 to 12 hours per week
• Weekdays
• Morning and afternoon split schedule
• Assigned to Adult Partial Care in Magnolia, NJ
