Driver Crew Member - Maintenance

Job Details: Job Location: Carlisle - Carlisle, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Technical Labor, Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
Performing daily vehicle inspections
Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
Moving soil, equipment, and materials
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills:

Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
Landscaping experience preferred
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
