Job Details: Job Location: Royal Oaks Park - Miami Lakes, FL 33018, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Technical Labor, Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Sports Turf teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Sports Turf Crew Leaders supervise a team of crew members maintaining athletic fields and sports turf sites by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily site operations for sports turf/athletic field maintenance
Supervising athletic field renovation projects and agronomy aspects for healthy sports turf
Maintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met
Assisting with training and development of crew members
Daily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members and records of work performed
Customer service and professional interaction with clients
Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner
Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained
Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform sports turf maintenance and renovation duties
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
