Drive Positive Change as a Youth Driver at the Quincy Kroc Center!

Are you passionate about creating a safe and inspiring environment for kids? At the Quincy Kroc Center Youth Department, we’re dedicated to fostering growth, creativity, and confidence in every child. As a Youth Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring kids have safe and reliable transportation, helping them access the programs that make a difference in their lives.
 
What You'll Do:

• Safely transport school-aged children from local schools to the Quincy Kroc Center.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of kids during every ride by enforcing rules with care and positivity.
• Be a friendly, trusted adult who brightens their day with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Follow scheduled routes, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a positive, calm atmosphere while adhering to all traffic laws.

 
What are We Looking For?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years).
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety.
• A love for working with kids and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Patience, reliability, and empathy.

 
Position Details & Perks:

• Convenient Schedule: Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 4:00 PM, with additional hours available during the summer.

The Quincy Kroc Center redefines what a community center is all about. The Kroc Center is comprised of several major components: a center of worship and performance venue, an aquatics center, fitness and recreation center, classrooms, and special event facilities.
