Dozer Operator - South

Job Details: Job Location: South Office - Hialeah Gardens, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, JOB DESCRIPTION: A Dozer Operator safely operates heavy machinery to clear land, move earth, and grade terrain to project specifications. A heavy equipment operator might be required to operate other heavy equipment machinery on site when project requires assistance to other laborers when needed.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Excavate, push, and level materials (dirt, sand, rock, gravel) to achieve specified depths and fine grades.
Assist in clearing areas for construction and level ground
Loading and unloading materials on the Excavator as needed
Perform routine checks for proper maintenance and keep equipment interior clean
Communicate well with other coworkers on the ground while operating heavy machinery
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on jobsite.
Identify and address any safety or hazards that may arise during the operation
Required to operate other Heavy Equipment machinery needed for the task, such as Roller, Loader or Skid steer

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience operating dozer or similar heavy equipment machinery
Ability to operate and maintain equipment, understanding of machine controls and knowledge of safety procedures
Ability to work in various weather conditions and job site levels for extended periods.
Ability to communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
