AAA Parking is looking for friendly, professional, and service-minded individuals to join our team as a Doorman at our Loews Atlanta Hotel.

As a Doorman, you’ll be one of the first and last people guests interact with during their stay. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience by providing attentive service, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality from the moment guests arrive.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service

Greet all guests with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.
Consistently provide attentive, friendly, and efficient guest service.
Practice aggressive hospitality by anticipating guest needs and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond.
Address guests by their last name whenever appropriate and when known.
Open and hold doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage, directions, transportation, and other reasonable requests.
Maintain a pleasant, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
Remain calm, accurate, and composed while working in a fast-paced environment.

Be a Local Expert

Maintain strong knowledge of the Atlanta area, including local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and points of interest.
Provide accurate directions and recommendations to guests.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, parking information, and guest facilities.
Be familiar with major attractions and frequently requested destinations throughout Atlanta.
Assist guests with transportation to off-site locations using only approved taxi, limousine, and transportation services.

Represent AAA Parking & Loews Atlanta Professionally

Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with AAA Parking standards.
Consistently represent both AAA Parking and Loews Atlanta with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the guest services and entrance areas.
Post in the appropriate guest service area when not actively completing other duties.
Remain visible, approachable, and ready to assist guests throughout the shift.
Communicate effectively with hotel staff, transportation providers, and fellow AAA Parking team members.

Be a Team Player

Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate a smooth and welcoming guest arrival and departure experience.
Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak arrival and departure times.
Communicate important guest requests and information to the appropriate hotel departments.
Perform other guest-service duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, valet, hotel operations, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor when interacting with guests.
Strong knowledge of Atlanta attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and local transportation preferred.
Ability to provide accurate directions and helpful recommendations to guests.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with hotel staff.
Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining AAA Parking and hotel standards.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors as needed.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and special events.
Must be comfortable providing proactive, personalized service and practicing “aggressive hospitality.”
Ability to follow company and hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Previous experience at a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is a plus.
