Door Security

• Greet all guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner upon arrival.
• Verify identification and enforce venue age requirements in accordance with Texas law and company policy.
• Monitor guest entry and exit to maintain appropriate occupancy levels.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and identify potential safety concerns.
• Proactively de-escalate conflicts using calm, respectful communication.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary.
• Conduct routine perimeter and interior walkthroughs to ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Enforce company policies consistently and without discrimination.
• Assist in emergency response procedures, including evacuations if required.
• Provide direction and assistance to guests as needed, reinforcing a hospitable environment.
• Complete incident reports accurately and objectively when necessary.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Level II Non-Commissioned Security License (Texas) required and in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, nightlife, or related customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in de-escalation and conflict resolution preferred.
• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass background screening consistent with applicable laws.
