              Donor Relations Coordinator (Part-Time)

CHADS Coalition for Mental Health is a non-profit organization whose mission is to save young lives by advancing the awareness and prevention of depression and suicide.
 
Position Overview:
The part-time Donor Relationships Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and outreach efforts. This position will involve assisting in event logistics and supporting the Development Department staff to continue to build effective and long-term relationships with both internal and external individuals and entities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Events

• Coordinate all aspects of annual Trivia Night Fundraiser, with a goal of raising $75,000.
• Assemble resource crates, folders, etc. for events, ensuring all materials are well-organized and align with event themes.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed.
• Resource Table Management: Serve as the representative at resource tables during events, providing information, answering questions, and engaging with attendees to promote organizational initiatives.

 Development Department Support

• Assist with volunteer coordination.
• Assist with mailings, thank you calls, thank you letters and general donor outreach.

 Database Management

• Maintain and update donor records within a database.

 Communications  

• Update and maintain the organization’s website regularly to ensure accurate and engaging content and work collaboratively with website contractors.
• Social Media engagement across various social media platforms.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in management, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Experience in event coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for non-profit work and dedication to CHADS.

Starting Hourly Rate: $24+ based on experience
