Job DetailsJob Location: Dodge - Reno, NV 89502Position Type: Full-TimeDolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Diagnose customer concerns/ problems.
Perform multi point inspections on every car.
Perform maintenance/ repairs on customer cars.
Perform new car inspection (PDI).
Maintain a clean work station.
Install accessories.
Perform estimates.
Maintain manufacture certifications.
Work on Windows based programs.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Toyota Certifications of any and all levels. (Required)
Prior automotive repair experience. (Required)
ASE and manufacturer certification. (Desired)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
