Dog Walker: M-F 8:30am-1:30pm

Tailored Pet Services LLC offers a consistent Monday–Friday routine with approximately 25 hours per week, no holidays, and zero weekends. This isn’t a seasonal gig; it’s a stable position where you build real relationships with the same dogs every week.

We’re looking for the most reliable person in the room to take over an established dog-walking route. These dogs and clients count on seeing the same person week after week, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely wants a consistent, long-term part-time position.

Compensation:

• $18.50–$19.50/hour
• Mileage reimbursement typically $15–$20/day
• Current route averages approximately $200/month in tips (tips are not guaranteed)
• Approximately $2,350–$2,550/month based on 25 hours/week, typical mileage reimbursement, and current tips

Compared to Gig-Platform Work:

• 6 walks/day = $140 gross
• Less 20% platform fee = $112
• Less 15.3% self-employment tax = ~$95
• Less gas and vehicle wear/tear based on IRS mileage rate = ~$75–$80/day
• Approximately $15–$16/hour over a 5-hour route
• No paid sick leave or workers’ compensation coverage if injured

Requirements:

• Live within 20 minutes of 6628 Evergreen Way (weekday morning traffic)
• Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
• 12+ consecutive months at one job within the past 3 years
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Physically active work, including walking up to 15 miles/day and handling dogs up to 100 lbs
• Available for a fixed Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM schedule
• Able to maintain this schedule for at least 12 months
