Key Objectives
- Support the documentation process by preparing, organizing, and maintaining company records and project files.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline document workflows and improve overall information management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update document databases, filing systems, and archives both digitally and physically.
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and ensure documentation completeness.
- Track document versions and revisions to maintain consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Support administrative tasks related to document control and record keeping.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in training new staff on documentation procedures as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in document management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
