Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records on physician documentation timeliness, completeness and readiness for forwarding to the coders.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Creating/Maintaining Reports

Sending reports to regulatory bodies

•
Assisting team members as needed

•
Attend meetings as requested

•
Keep patient Confidentiality - HIPAA

•
Communicate with Providers on work that needs completed

•
Performs other duties as assigned

Education Experience:
HS Graduate or Equivalent

1-2 Years
