Job Description
JOB TITLE: Temporary Document Control Assistant
DEPARTMENT: EHS
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary
DURATION: 4-6 weeks
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills and proficiency working with electronic files, folders and web-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when information or instructions are unclear.
• Ability to perform repetitive computer-based tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Successfully pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Upload documents and files into the new electronic document control system.
• Review documents to ensure they are uploaded to the correct locations.
• Enter and verify document information, titles and other required data.
• Follow established document control procedures and instructions.
• Communicate with departments to request additional documentation or information as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when working with company records and information.
• Track progress and assist project team in meeting document migration goals.
• Perform other temporary administrative duties as needed to support the project.
