The Role  

The District Managers must provide direction, supervision and leadership for all operations of the district's retail stores including retail managers, up to and including hiring, coaching, counseling, discipline, and evaluations.  

This is what a day at work may be like…   

• Provide direction, supervision and leadership for all operations of the district's retail stores  

• Create and execute action plans to improve performance in areas identified. 

• Support effort to integrate Shoe Palace policies and procedures into retail operations. 

• Ensures that safety and security are maintained, reporting all problems/hazards immediately 

• Maintain store call frequency and records, notes, and action items for follow up. 

 about you… 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred or equivalent successful work experience. 

• Minimum 4-8 years of retail, multi-unit management experience 

• High level of energy and integrity is a must. 

• Self-directed and driven, with a good sense of humor 

• Comfortable working in and adapting to changing environments  

• Valid California Driver’s License 

it would be great but not completely necessary to have…  

• Ability to build solid working relationships with a wide variety of employees, vendors and other 3rd party agencies. 

• Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Pay Range: 75k-80k
