What You'll Get To Do:

This position is an entry level position within our Regional Sales Fulfillment Team responsible for increasing the volume and velocity of PIDSA Industrial component sales through strategic distributor(s) resulting in above profitable sales growth. Candidate needs to be currently located in the Dallas Tx area

• Increase sales revenue (volume and velocity) at assigned distributors
  • Manage product mix
  • Manage efficient inventory levels
  • Manage SCM
• Comprehensive distribution account management 
  • Corporate HQ and all branch locations
• Manage, Maintain, Control the Distributor Activities
  • Analytical analysis of Market, Competitor, DTAM, POS, POP, Pricing, Inventory, etc)
  • Product level analysis
  • Branch level analysis
  • Manage distributor promotions programs and special product incentive plans
  • Manage all Panasonic staff activities at distribution sites
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to support of goals above
• Increase customer satisfaction
• Forecasting
  • FY budget and MTP
  • Accurate sales forecast
• CRM Reporting
  • Work with sales to follow up on specific focus opportunities
• Marcom / COOP
  • Work with marketing to create an annual plan/schedule
• Financial
  • Assure collection ratio in line with PIC goals
  • Minimize credit losses
  • Minimize inventory losses
  • Maximize profits

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

• Entry Level 1~ 2 years’ experience in electronics components industry preferred
• Understanding of distribution sales, sales discipline and negotiation capabilities
• Understanding of managing through outside sales channels (distributor/rep)
• Strong analytical skills
• Trend and systematic analysis
• Project management skills
• Capacity to learn how to manage small - large distributors

The wage range of $70,000 - $77,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

This role may be eligible for;

• Car Allowance - Included as part of the compensation package.
• Sales Incentive – As part of the overall compensation package, this role is eligible to participate in a sales incentive compensation program.
