Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator | Hiring bonus

Job Details: Job Location: Prinsburg Plant - Prinsburg, MN, Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00Hourly, Job Shift: First, Prinsco is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Beresford. This position is ideal for someone with experience in agriculture transportation, trucking dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet scheduling who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where customer service and operational efficiency go hand in hand.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, managing schedules, and ensuring products are delivered safely and on time. The successful candidate is highly organized, thrives under changing priorities, and can effectively balance customer needs with transportation logistics.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and dispatch daily deliveries to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitments
Communicate with drivers, customers, sales, and production teams regarding schedules and delivery status
Manage transportation schedules and adjust routes or timing as needed
Process customer orders and maintain accurate order and dispatch records
Resolve delivery issues and service concerns quickly and professionally
Track delivery performance and proactively communicate delays or changes
Support customers by answering questions and providing order updates

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand DOT and state requirements for interstate trucking.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent and daily basis and effectively present information one-on-one or in small groups to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong written skills with the ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data/facts/drawings to support valid conclusions and to solve practical problems or deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions with teams and individuals.
