Dispatcher

Job Details: Job Location: Reineke Ford Lincoln of Lima - Lima, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Summary: The service dispatcher coordinates vehicle repair services by dispatching repair work to the appropriate service technician, managing customer communication, and ensuring efficient workflow within the service shop.
Reports To: Assistant Service Manager / Service Manager
Responsibilities:
•Assign technician to repair order
•Track status and progress of vehicle repairs
•Utilize CDK for repair order and customer tracking
•Answer customer service call, provide status updates and resolve issues or concerns to maintain customer satisfaction
•Coordinate parts orders with the parts department and ensure timely delivery to service department vehicles
•Maintain organized customer records, update dispatch software and process orders accurately
•Provide support to service and parts managers
