Responsibilities:

• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for use by kitchen and service staff.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and ensure waste areas are kept clean and odor-free.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks or other duties as assigned during slower periods.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a sanitary work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
