Position Details

- Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends)

What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas
- Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe
- Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards
- Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed
- Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef)
- Support the team with additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments
Work Environment
- Indoor, high-volume kitchen setting
- Exposure to varying temperatures (hot kitchen areas and cold storage)
- Moderate noise levels
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
