What You’ll Do
Operate the dish machine like a pro: load, run, unload, repeat with precision
Keep all tableware, cookware, and kitchen tools spotless and service-ready
Monitor machine performance and water temperature to ensure proper sanitation
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area at all times
Keep a steady flow of clean dishes moving to the kitchen and dining room
Handle all items with care to prevent breakage and loss
Take out trash and keep waste areas clean and under control
Restock cleaning supplies and communicate when levels are low
Support kitchen and prep teams with cleaning tasks as needed
Jump in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
No experience required, just a strong work ethic and reliable energy
Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable working in hot, wet, and loud conditions
Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and staying on your feet for extended periods
Able to lift up to 60 lbs throughout your shift
Team player mentality with a “whatever it takes” attitude
